These product details for an Return Material Authorization can be viewed from the R.M.A. Search window by highlighting the R.M.A. record and clicking the DETAILS button.

Search Results:

The R.M.A. number, customer number, original invoice number, and operator are displayed.

The products included on the R.M.A. are listed by product number, with the description, quantity, and serial number when applicable.

Click OK to accept and exit the screen.
